FaceBook devours 50 GigaWatts a day.

Much like a cars emissions figures never include how much clean air they suck in, Facebook always seem to ignore the power it actually uses. With around 1.1 billion users a day, we have used the most friendly figures for the conglomerates advantage, but we still arrive at a figure that requires around 75 nuclear power plants to provide its services. Well played world.

This article will soon include the figures. Please check back soon. We know this is a massive number but any idea how many people all over the world are using BookFace right now ? It’s a lot.
